Heidi Benn

Heidi Benn works with cloth as a first language ~ tactile, process-rich and rooted in the threads between people, objects and place.

Heidi is an artist and creative living and working in Cape Town, with a background spanning fashion, design and paint. Cloth runs through all of it: gathered, dyed, stitched and marked.

At Mothership she leans into process ~ the kind of practice that makes sense in a room full of other makers, and translates naturally into workshops and hands-on sessions.
